Astronext AI(“Astronext”, “we”) provides computed Vedic astrology with AI-written interpretation: your Kundli, horoscopes, Kundli matching, the Panjika, premium reports, and an astrology chat grounded in your own chart. The calculations are deterministic astronomy and classical Jyotish rules; the AI's only job is putting those computed results into words.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. Profiles for family members (including children) may be added inside your account, under your responsibility.
• Sign-in is by one-time password to your phone number. Keep your device and number secure — actions taken through your signed-in session are treated as yours.
• Give accurate birth details. Every chart, reading, and report is computed from what you enter; we can't be responsible for readings built on incorrect inputs.
• One account per person, please. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

• Free, permanently: your complete Kundli, daily/weekly/monthly horoscopes, the 12-sign horoscope, Kundli Matching, the Daily Panjika, the Free Kundli report, and one free chat question for every new account (chosen from our question list).
• Credits are the paid currency. Chat runs on question credits (1 message = 1 credit) and premium reports on report credits, bought as packs at the prices shown at checkout. The two-person Compatibility report is a separate one-time purchase.
• Credits never expire. They are non-transferable, tied to your account, and not redeemable for cash (except where our Refund Policy says otherwise).
• If a paid answer or report fails to generate, the credit you spent is automatically returned. Identical re-requests of a report you already own are served from your history at no charge.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. We may change pack prices or contents; changes never affect credits you already hold.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. A purchase is complete only when the payment is confirmed, and paid content is only ever generated after confirmation. Your card, UPI, and banking details go directly to Razorpay — we never see or store them. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Astrology here describes patterns, not verdicts. Readings are for self-understanding, reflection, and timing awareness. Your choices remain entirely yours.
• Nothing on Astronext is medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, therapist, or financial advisor. For decisions in those areas, consult the right professional.
• We never predict doom, and we never prescribe remedies, gemstones, or rituals as things you must buy or do. Anyone demanding money to 'fix' your chart is not us.
• Readings are personalised interpretations, not statements of fact about your future. Two qualified astrologers can read the same chart differently; ours is one careful, consistent lens.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defame, or harm anyone;
• attempt to break, probe, overload, or bypass the platform's security or fair-use limits;
• scrape the service or resell, republish, or white-label its output as your own product;
• enter another person's birth details in ways that violate their privacy or applicable law (adding profiles for your own family and friends, or running a match, is of course fine).

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close your account without cause on our side, unused paid credits will be refunded.

• Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it solely to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Reports and readings generated for you are yours to keep and download, licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
• The platform itself — its design, software, text, and branding — belongs to Astronext and may not be copied or reused without permission.

• We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided 'as is' — occasional downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages can happen.
• Where something paid fails on our side, our first responsibility is to make it right: automatic credit refunds, regeneration, or a money refund per the Refund Policy.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on astrological readings (see section 5).
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer-protection law that cannot be limited by contract.

You can stop using Astronext anytime, and can ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). Since there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel — your credits simply remain available until used or your account is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over disputes — though we'd much rather you write to us first; almost everything can be resolved directly.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Astronext after a change means you accept the updated terms.
